By now, you have heard about the horrific earthquake in China that has killed thousands of people. As covered in the WWJTV special, "Building Bridges: From the Great Lakes to the Great Wall," Michigan has deep connections with China. From auto industries to local universities, Metro Detroit is home to many Chinese Americans.

While producing "Building Bridges," Paul Pytlowany and Carol Cain had the opportunity to visit many of the roads and villages now devasted by the quake.
