27th Annual Corktown Race

This year's 27th annual Detroit St. Patrick's Parade Corktown Races will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009. Last year's Corktown Races observed a record crowd of more than 17,750 runners.
Start location: Old Train Station (Corktown), Detroit, MI
Kid's Quarter Mile 11:30 am
1.5 Mile Walk 12:00 Noon
Four Mile Run 12:00 Noon
Runners are encouraged to bring canned goods to the registration tent. The St. Patrick's Senior Center in Detroit will be the beneficiary of race proceeds guided by the Fraternal Order of United Irishmen (F.O.U.I.) to help aid their food programs.
